I have been a long time fan of Drew Estates Undercrowns and #9 cigars and was anxiously awaiting my first time smoking a T52 and the T52 definitely did not disappoint. The wrapper is a very rich dark, slighlty reddish-brown and with an extremely smooth texture and glowing with oils.

This is by far one of the most complex and flavorful cigars I have smoked. With subtle hints of leather and spices, black pepper and earth tones, this is one cigar that will satisfy a wide array of smokers.

From the first smoke filled puff this was a pure joy when it comes to smoking experiences. This is a very full - and I mean stuffed with leaves full - cigar. They have managed to pack a lot of leaf into this stick but inspite of how tightly it's packed the draw was very easy. It's a very well constructed cigar with an even slow burn.

The first third was like WOW!. The amount of smoke and the peppers and spices hit you right away. From the first pull you are engulfed in a rich creamy aromatic smoke that just makes you say ahhh.

The second third was very consistent as far as flavor goes with the first but the intensity in strength is definitely noticable. The final third was a full bodied cigar lovers dream. Deep creamy smoke, full spicy flavor, hints of leather with deep earth tones awakened and around the last inch or so making this one to definitely nub .

At $15 a stick this is definitely not an everyday smoke and in my opinion it shouldn't be. This is a cigar you want in your humidor waiting for you when you really need a good, strong, consistant smoke. I keep a bunch of Liga's around (#9s, Ferals, and T52s just for those days or nights when I want something good - something really really good.
